Thoughts about nature, the ecology, energy use and resource consumption.

I have been fortunate enough to have travelled to all 7 continents on business and pleasure. At each location I attempt to learn as much about the environment, the locals living there and their interaction with the wildlife through their urban and agriculture impacts.

This blog act as a means of reflecting on two decades of travel, environmental consulting and farming as I ponder the quality of life into the next two decades with the looming threats of global warming and exponentially expanding human populations.

“We live in an era where an entire generation has never experienced a trash free environment.”

I no longer can visit my childhood haunts of three decades ago and modern children can’t even imagine what thrilling childhood games my generation grew up playing. This erosion of quality of life is disconcerting.
